Jordyn Paperny joined Winthrop Golubow Hollander, LLP in 2025.  Licensed to practice law in both California and New York, Jordyn concentrates her practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and insolvency-related litigation.  

Prior to joining the firm, Jordyn practiced at a large international law firm, where she advised debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders on complex restructuring matters across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions, as well as handled commercial business litigation in both state and federal courts.

Jordyn earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from New York Law School, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Communications from the University of Arizona.
