Mr. Baggs is an associate with WGH.  Mr. Baggs devotes his practice to the representation of a wide variety of stakeholders in insolvency situations, restructuring finance, and in-court and out-of-court restructurings such as Chapter 11 debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and official creditors’ committees.  Prior to joining WGH, Mr. Baggs was an associate in the bankruptcy and financial restructuring departments at international law firms. Prior to commencing a career in law, Mr. Baggs was a high school and middle school social studies teacher and football, basketball, softball, and track & field coach in Chicago, IL and Philadelphia, PA as a member of Teach for America.
